Grace Shim

Grace Shim is the Executive Minister of Serve Globally, the global mission arm of the Evangelical Covenant Church. She is an ordained pastor, a licensed clinical professional counselor, and formerly served as the Executive Director of Cornerstone Counseling in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Grace and her husband, along with their family, served as missionaries for 19 years in Kyrgyzstan and Thailand, focusing on mental health and medical care. They have three wonderful adult children. She loves to travel, explore new cultures, and enjoy meaningful conversations over coffee with friends.


Deborah Greenidge Worship Leader

Deborah Greenidge is the Worship Pastor at Tigard Covenant Church and has been in fulltime ministry for over 40 years including on staff at Highland Christian Center, Turning Point Christian Center and New Hope Community Church. She enjoys leading God’s people in worship as they experience the awe and wonder of the presence of God. She also loves teaching and preaching, directing choirs and ensemples, and helping people grow in their relationship with God.

Deborah has a BA from George Fox University, preaching certificate form Portland Seminary and has taught at George Fox University, Multnomah University, and several Christian high schools. She has produced recordings for herself and others and cowritten a book with longtime dear friends Gerutha Greenidge and Georgene Rice.

She enjoys playing the piano and guitar and especially loves it when she gets to play the drums. Laughter, friends and travel are fuel for her journey and knowing she is absolutely loved by Jesus has kept her dedicated and excited about His plans for her life.

Friday, September 19, 2025; Training begins at 9:00am, ends at 4:00pm at Cascades Camp & Conference Center in the Depot at Brightwood Station.
